Jade Pearce
Jade has over 15 years of experience in the education sector, including a range of leadership roles supporting both staff and students. As an Evidence Lead in Education for the Research Schools Network, she facilitates NPQ and ECF qualifications, delivers professional development for national trusts and organisations, and is the author of three best-selling education books.
Deeply committed to improving outcomes for young people, Jade believes that with the right setting and support, all children can excel in education.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys reading, taking long walks with her dog, and spending time with her family.



Head of Provision
Charlie Marshall
With over 10 years of experience working within a pupil referral unit and SEMH specialist high school, Charlie has built a career around supporting young people to reach their full potential, both in and out of the classroom. Charlie has worked in a variety of roles including
a 1-2-1 Sports Mentor, Teaching Assistant, and PE teacher
Charlie also has a strong background in martial arts, holding a black belt in karate. This discipline has shaped his approach to teaching, emphasising respect and self control. These are qualities he strives to instil in the young people he works with. Outside of work, Charlie prioritises his own health and fitness through playing football, running, and going to the gym. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and dog, Caesar!



Operations Manager
Carl Pearce
Carl has a strong background in supporting young people through sport, fitness, and community involvement. He has extensive experience coaching children and teenagers, having volunteered at a children's athletics club, coached Sunday league football teams, and supported young people’s access to exercise through school gym programmes.
He began his career coaching football from a young age before moving into personal training, where he helped deliver alternative PE provision for pupils who benefited from a more flexible, practical approach. He is a firm believer in the role exercise plays in promoting good mental and physical health for young people.
Outside of work, Carl is a keen runner and cyclist, enjoys mountain and road biking, and is a fan of football and boxing!



Head of Student Engagement & Mentor Support
Jenny Slater
With 18 years of experience as a knowledgeable and qualified PE Teacher, Jenny has dedicated her career to inspiring and supporting young people. Her journey began as a Sports Coach in her youth, which ignited her passion for working with children and young adults. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working with students of all ages, from primary school through to sixth form, helping them develop not only their physical skills but also their confidence, teamwork, and resilience. She also leads the extra-curricular girls’ football team and is fully First Aid trained, further strengthening the support she provides to her students.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by playing netball in a local Netball League and she also loves to travel with her family!



​1-2-1 Mentor
Kelly Holt
Kelly has worked with young people aged 10–16, delivering 1-2-1 learning sessions focused on makeup, skincare, and beauty for those with an interest in this area. She provides structured, individualised sessions in a calm and supportive environment.
She has held a number of leadership roles throughout her career, including several years in a senior position within an adult care centre. In this role, Kelly was responsible for creating person-centred plans of care, leading teams, and supporting the training and development of staff. This experience has developed her ability to work effectively 1-2-1 and adapt support to individual needs.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out, painting, and spending time with her family!

Oliver Young
Oliver has worked across more than 60 schools throughout Staffordshire, delivering enrichment activities and engaging young people through sport and alternative learning experiences. He specialises in providing creative and non-traditional activities that help students build confidence, discipline, and positive routines, particularly for those who benefit from learning outside of traditional classroom environments.
Oliver spent much of his early life living abroad, having been raised in Switzerland and Australia, and later living in Texas, before returning to Staffordshire three years ago. During his time in the United States, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responding to 911 emergency calls, developing a strong ability to remain calm under pressure. Outside of work Oliver enjoys building Lego, and playing with his cat, Pickle!
